Truly the best around!! Carol at Ragnar was a true ally in getting me exactly what I needed when I was buying an engagement ring for my partner. Due to travel constraints I had a fairly short timeline, but was determined to put together a custom ring for my (now) fiancee while we were in Vancouver. Other places I visited gave me some thinly veiled grief about the short timeline, and seemed to try to use it as an opportunity to put pressure on me to make a selection quickly, insisting that if I wait too long the ring will not be ready in time. Carol was the exact opposite. She was calm and confident, incredibly knowledgeable, and direct. She didn't bat an eye when I told her my timeline - I later learned this was because they keep their workshop in house - cutting out the need that other jewelers have to send their rings to an off-site location to be constructed. On top of this, she was very determined to work within my budget, and she found a great balance of clarity and size that made me feel well taken care of, and my partner incredibly happy with the result. I never once felt pressured to make a quick decision or felt it was necessary to exceed my budget to get something "in time". This to me is the sign of an establishment that is totally confident in their service. I am now confident in their service too, as the ring came out absolutely beautiful. My Fiancee and I still can't get over it!! I would recommend Ragnar (ask for Carol!) any day of the week.

Ragnar created a most beautiful three stone diamond ring in one of their signature designs just for me. I could not be more pleased with the final result. My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. I decided to surprise my wife and booked an appointment with Jennifer at Ragnar's. We were very pleased with the attention and customer service we received from both Jennifer and Ragnar himself. We did purchase diamond earrings and had a ring made up for us. Both are stunning! Everyone at Ragnar was extremely helpful in assisting me with the sale of old gold and repairing/appraising a few existing pieces of jewellery. I am very pleased with the repair to my bracelet. It looks gorgeous. Lucia and the other associates were efficient and friendly. The repair and resizing of my ring which now is sparkling clean were done very quickly and reasonably.

We randomly happened upon this store when a beautiful quartz crystal caught our eye from the window. Jennifer was so helpful and we decided to purchase it. It was a rather large piece so transporting it to our vehicle would have been very tricky. Then the owner of the store actually brought out a suitcase from the back and gave it to us to put the crystal in. We wheeled it to our vehicle and subsequently, our home. We absolutely love it! The whole experience and the service provided was excellent! I have not experienced customer service at this level for a long time and they deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond to help me refit and clean up my wedding ring which I had gotten superglue on. So happy I chose to go to this Jeweller for the repair and cleaning of my ring. I recommend them 100%.
